We offer one-to-one sessions to increase independence in the community and individual's homes.

These will work towards a specific identified goal and will usually be offered for a set period between 6 - 12 weeks.

Examples can include:

• Learning and increasing confidence with using public transport
• Support to access volunteering opportunities
• Increasing independence with shopping tasks
• Increasing confidence and independence with cooking
• Accessing facilities and organisations in the local community

Individuals can be referred to this service directly or it can be a natural progression from our weekly centre-based sessions.

Cost

The typical cost is £30 per hour.
